1. Acceptance of Terms

By installing and using the Google Workspace add-on ("Add-on"), you ("User" or "you") agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not install or use the Add-on.

2. Description of Service

The Add-On is a Google Workspace add-on designed to import data from Pennylane into Google Spreadsheets. The Add-on integrates with Google Workspace applications such as Google Drive, Gmail or Google Docs.

3. User Accounts and Data

• Google Account Integration: The Add-on requires access to your Google Workspace account to function. By installing the Add-on, you grant us permission to access and use data from your Google Workspace account as necessary to provide the Add-on's functionality.

• Pennylane Account Integration: The Add-on requires access to your Pennylane account to function. By installing the Add-on, you grant us permission to access and use data from your Pennylane account as necessary to provide the Add-on's functionality.

• Data Usage: We will only collect and use data from your Google Workspace and Pennylane accounts as described in our Privacy Policy. We will not share your data with third parties except as necessary to provide the Add-on's functionality or as required by law.

• Data Retention: We retain user data only for as long as necessary to provide the Add-on's functionality. You can delete your data by uninstalling the Add-on and deleting the Spreadsheets you managed with the Add-on.

• User Responsibility: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Google Workspace account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Use of the Add-on

• Permitted Use: You may use the Add-on for its intended purpose in accordance with these Terms and applicable laws.

• Prohibited Use: You must not:

  • Use the Add-on for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.

  • Attempt to interfere with or disrupt the Add-on's operation.

  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Add-on.

  • Use the Add-on to transmit any viruses, malware, or other harmful code.

  • Use the Add-on to send spam or unsolicited messages.

  • Violate Googles API terms of service.

• Availability: We will make reasonable efforts to ensure the Add-on's availability, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.

5. Intellectual Property

• Ownership: We retain all rights, title, and interest in and to the Add-on, including all intellectual property rights.

• License: We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Add-on in accordance with these Terms.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE ADD-ON IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.  

7. Limitation of Liability

IN NO EVENT SHALL WE BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE ADD-ON, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. 

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising out of your use of the Add-on or your breach of these Terms.  

9. Modifications to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time by posting the revised Terms on our website or within the Add-on. Your continued use of the Add-on after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

10. Termination

We may terminate your access to the Add-on at any time for any reason, including, but not limited to, your breach of these Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of France.
